How fast will it arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 8–15 days anywhere in South Africa. Delivery is free, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What if I don't like it?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you've used it. Return shipping is free. Email support@vitaseal.co.za with your order number and we'll arrange it.

How do I charge it?
VitaSeal is rechargeable and comes with a USB-C (Type-C) charging cable. Plug it into any USB charger, laptop or power bank.
Are the bags reusable?
